Money Wall – Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how you can request deletion of your Money Wall account and any personal data
stored in our services. Money Wall is published by the Money Wall team and available on Google Play.
We respect your privacy and will process deletion requests within 48 hours (business days).
How to submit a deletion request
- Open the email client linked to the Google Play account you use with Money Wall.
- Send a message to privacy@moneywall.app with the subject “Account deletion request”.
- Include the email address used to sign into Money Wall and optionally any additional details (for example, cloud sync enabled, device name).
For security, we can only process deletion requests that come from the email address associated
with the Money Wall account or from the Google Play order receipt for premium features.
You can also submit the same request via the in-app menu:
Settings → Support → Contact us.

What data is removed
- Cloud backups and synchronized financial records stored in Google Firebase (transactions, categories, reminders, attachments).
- Account details used for authentication (email, Firebase UID).
- Analytics identifiers linked to your account (Firebase Analytics events, Crashlytics logs).
What data may be retained
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be tied to a specific user (for product statistics).
- Legal or billing records if required by applicable law (maximum retention: 12 months).
Can I delete data without closing my account?
Yes. You can export or clear local records directly in the app (Settings → Data & storage)
and request removal of cloud backups while keeping your login active.
If you only need to disable analytics or crash reporting, contact us and we will stop collecting
diagnostic events for your account.
