Money Wall is a personal finance application that helps you track income, expenses, and goals.
We respect your privacy and explain which information we process, why we do it, and how you can
exercise your rights.
1. Overview
Money Wall is operated by the Money Wall team (“we”, “us”, “our service”). The app is intended
for personal use and is not designed for corporate accounting. If you do not agree with this
policy, please stop using the app.
2. Data We Collect
Financial records: transaction amounts, categories, notes, dates, and reminders. By default
this information stays locally on your device.
Account data: email address and Firebase Authentication identifier (only if you enable
cloud sync or backups).
Technical data: device model, OS version, anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics),
and aggregated usage analytics (Firebase Analytics).
Device identifiers: the Firebase Instance ID and similar service tokens required for sync,
push notifications, and diagnostics. We do not use them for cross-service tracking or advertising.
Voice features: when you use voice input, audio is sent to Google Speech-to-Text for
real-time conversion. We do not store raw audio files.
3. How We Use Data
Provide core app functionality and keep your financial records on your device.
Synchronize data across devices and restore backups (only when you opt in).
Analyze anonymised statistics to improve the interface, stability, and performance.
Send service notifications about critical updates to the app or this policy.
We do not deliver targeted advertising and we never sell personal data to third parties.
4. Corporate Mode
If you create a Corporate Object or join an existing one, you acknowledge and agree that financial data
(expenses, incomes, categories) entered by you associated with that Object will be shared with, visible to, and
modifiable by the Moderators and other Members of that specific Corporate Object. You retain full privacy over
your Personal data that is not linked to any Corporate Object.
5. When We Share Information
We only share data in the following situations:
With service providers that help us operate the app (Google Firebase, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text).
To comply with applicable laws or defend our rights when a lawful request is received.
Aggregated and de-identified analytics may be used for product insights and communication.
6. Storage & Security
Local data stays on your device and is under your control.
Cloud backups are stored in Google Firebase. Transfers are protected with HTTPS and access is governed by
Firebase Security Rules.
We review internal processes regularly to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data. Analytics
and diagnostic data are stored in an aggregated or de-identified format.
If we detect a security incident, we will notify affected users and follow legal requirements.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Access: review and manage your records directly within the app.
Export: use the CSV/Excel export (when available) or contact us to receive a copy.
Google Cloud Speech-to-Text: voice command processing (only when you use it).
Payments & advertising: the app does not integrate ad networks and does not sell
personal data.

9. Children’s Privacy
Money Wall is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
If you believe a child has provided us with data without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
